“A Place to Be,” is Solarium Dance Company’s second evening-length work.

Drawing from real stories from our community and beyond, the work embodies the voices and experiences of those who are often unseen, amplifying their stories through movement. Through collaboration with PADS of Elgin and performance, we hoped to foster greater empathy for and humanize those facing homelessness and displacement.
